1. Product Information and Availability

We supply excavator spare parts and construction machinery parts, including seals, gasket kits, engine parts, hydraulic parts, filters, gears, couplings, hoses and related components.

• Approximately 90% of regularly supplied parts are normally kept in stock. Actual availability must be confirmed when the order is placed.
• In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after the required payment is received.
• If a special or non-stock part must be sourced or manufactured, our sales team will inform the buyer before processing the order.
• Product photographs, colors, packaging and illustrations are for reference. Minor appearance differences that do not affect fit, specification or function are not considered defects.
• Packaging or non-functional design details may be updated without prior notice, provided that the agreed product specification is not materially changed.

2. Part Identification and Compatibility

• Buyers should provide the machine model, serial number, part number, product photographs, dimensions or technical drawings required for product identification.
• The buyer is responsible for checking the quotation, part number, dimensions, quantity and application before confirming an order.
• A part is not considered defective solely because it is incompatible with incomplete or incorrect machine information provided by the buyer.
• When compatibility cannot be confirmed from the supplied information, we may request additional photographs, measurements or samples before issuing a final quotation.

3. Orders and Confirmation

• An order becomes confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required payment, unless different terms are agreed in writing.
• Buyers must review all product descriptions, part numbers, specifications, quantities, prices and delivery information before confirming an order.
• We may reject or cancel orders involving false information, suspected fraud, payment risk, export restrictions or repeated malicious transactions.
• Changes requested after confirmation may affect price, availability and delivery time.

4. Payment

• Payment must be completed through the payment method stated on the official quotation, pro forma invoice or website checkout.
• Available methods may include T/T, XTransfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, L/C, PayPal or supported credit cards.
• Payment terms may vary according to order value, product type, customization requirements and written commercial agreements.
• Buyers are responsible for bank fees, local import duties, taxes and customs clearance costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Normal processing time for confirmed in-stock orders is 1–2 business days.
• Estimated international transit time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on destination, carrier and customs clearance.
• Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, carrier disruption, flight cancellation, natural disaster, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control.
• The buyer must provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and postal code.
• Additional costs or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the buyer are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Inspection and Claims

• Buyers should inspect the package, quantity, part numbers and product condition immediately after delivery.
• Claims for missing, incorrect, damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.
• Claims should include the order number, product photographs, packaging photographs, labels and a clear description of the issue.
• Products should not be installed, modified or discarded before the claim has been reviewed.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery and approved before products are sent back.
• Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and kept in their original packaging.
• Installed, used, modified or buyer-damaged parts cannot be returned unless a confirmed manufacturing defect existed before installation.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless we supplied an incorrect product or confirmed that the product was defective.
• Refunds, replacements or account credits will be arranged after the returned products and supporting evidence have been inspected.

8. Custom and Special-Order Products

• Custom-sized, specially sourced, privately branded or made-to-order products are produced according to buyer-approved specifications.
• Custom and special-order products are not returnable or refundable unless they fail to meet the approved specification or have a confirmed manufacturing defect.
• Buyers must review and approve drawings, dimensions, materials, colors, packaging and branding requirements before production.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original product photographs, videos, logos, graphics, text, layouts and brand materials, is owned by or licensed to Guangzhou Wason Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.

Website content may not be copied, modified, republished or used for commercial promotion without prior written permission. This restriction applies to website content and does not prevent lawful resale of products purchased from us.
